Your Mission

  • Define, design and support development of game features improving key game metrics

  • Prioritize roadmap features through strategic initiatives, player feedback, as well as data analysis

  • Create user stories, flowcharts, wireframes and reports to clearly communicate your product vision to the team and the results to stakeholders

  • Utilize AI tools in your daily work to leverage your own output

  • Transfer and adapt successful game mechanics from various genres


Your Backstory

  • Strong aspiration to take ownership and excelling in getting things done

  • Background in game design or similar with focus on free-to-play games

  • Deep understanding of LiveOps game dynamics, including monetisation strategies, in-game economies and player behavior

  • Resilient, detail-oriented team player, passionate about seeking new ways to enhance performance

  • Strong written and spoken English

Collaborate closely with our 30+ dedicated professionals, employ your initiative and strong communication skills to seamlessly integrate your ideas into our MMO pioneer games with more than 200 million registered players worldwide and a history of more than 1bn € in revenues.
